The Governor's Club at Kiawah Island Golf Resort membership program is open to all Kiawah Island and Kiawah River Estates property owners. The Governor's Club offers all property owners the unique opportunity to enjoy the best of what Kiawah Island Golf Resort has to offer. Membership options are designed to accommodate members needs and wants and include golf, tennis and social membership categories. Two pool complexes at West Beach and Night Heron Park are exclusive for Governor's Club members and resort guests. A pool-only membership option is available for access to the resort pools.
Benefits of Membership include access to the resort pools, invitations to social events, golf tournaments, tennis parties and tournaments and discounts on golf and tennis, as much as 50% for your accompanied guests. All memberships are annual memberships; there are no initiation fees. Members receive 15% off on all food and beverage and merchandise purchases at resort owned retail shops and restaurants. |

- Pools - Two pool complexes at West Beach and Night Heron Park include water slides and children's features. Access is complimentary for members (guest fee applies).
- Fitness -The Fitness Center is located in Night Heron Park. Access is complimentary for Governor's Club members.
- Spa - Treatments are inspired by Kiawah's vast coastline and lush greenery. As a member, enjoy 15% off treatments at the Five Star Sanctuary Spa.
- Recreation - A variety of tours, trips, camps, lessons and activities are waiting for you and your family members of all ages.

Kiawah Island Golf Resort has five unique and challenging golf courses that set in a beautiful natural environment. Legendary Designers Pete Dye, Tom Fazio, Gary Player, Jack Nicklaus and Clyde Johnson have created five golf courses for golfers of all skill levels; The Ocean Course, Osprey Point, Cougar Point, Turtle Point and Oak Point respectively.
The Ocean Course was host of the 2012 PGA Championship and also hosted the PGA Championship again in 2021. With panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from all 18 holes, the Ocean Course challenges even the best golfers in the world.
All of the courses are ranked at least 4.5 stars from the readers of Golf Digest magazine in their Best Places to Play reader's poll.
Golf memberships start at 30 rounds per year.

Year after year, the tennis programs receive many accolades. A renovation in 2018 includes 24 courts all in one location at the Roy Barth Tennis Center at East Beach. There are adult and junior programs for all ages, where you are sure to meet your match.
Tennis memberships include either limited or unlimited options starting at 100 hours of tennis.
