Waiting list priority is in order of receipt. Once the membership is available, a valid credit card number is required to process the membership application. The initial dues and any monthly statement balance will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. Credit card numbers can only be taken in person or over the phone, as they are not accepted online or via email. Membership will be automatically renewed annually based on the closest initial category. By submitting this form you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Governor's Club. Tax of 5% is added to all membership fees.
